Our Client
The Need
- The search for the appropriate graphic content without disturbing the storyboard content itself.
- The insertion of the images within the storyboard was time consuming as the storyboards were huge.
- Formatting was a difficult task. The graphic content had to be of a particular size before being embedded in the storyboard content.
- The timeline given to complete this project was a big challenge.
The Solution
The search for the appropriate graphic was overcome by first reading through the entire document and saving the locations where a graphic content was needed.
Each such location was provided a nomenclature with respect to the content in the corresponding section and multiple options of the graphic image or other appropriate file was searched and archived. Each file had to be referred to the exact insertion location.
A brainstorming session was then conducted to pick the right image content and the final graphic image or a file was selected for conversion to the required file size.
The images were then inserted at the earmarked locations in the storyboard document.
The images were then converted to the desired file type (such as jpeg, gif, png) and size.
The Solution
The client was more than satisfied with the storyboarding done by us.
